14-Day Return Window In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached).

  • The item is free from any scents, make-up stains, or pet hair.

  • The security/return tag (if applicable) remains intact and has not been removed.

Refunds & Fees Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note:

  • Non-refundable Fees: As a small business, please be aware that original payment processing fees (charged by the payment provider at the time of purchase) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. I highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Exchanges for Size If the item doesn’t fit perfectly, I am happy to offer an exchange for a different size. Please contact me within 14 days to arrange this.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged, please contact me immediately so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
