I took 14 oz grey Italian denim and dyed it in a washing machine using red Simplicol. Then I coated the fabric with a very thick layer of beeswax so that the fabric would hold its shape - this also provides water repellency and more. Inside, there is a waterproof black 100% nylon twill lining. All zippers, buckles, and rivets are silver-colored; reliable Japanese YKK zippers
